FAQ’s – Ask Us Anything
Please refer to our design rates for a list of packages and prices. If your requirement does not fit any of the packages please call me at 814.450.5874 to discuss a custom package that fits your business. Cell 13 Productions offers the most affordable rates in the Tri-State region.
Upon an agreement of contract, Phase 1, a 50% deposit of the final price of the project must be paid before work begins. The completion of Phase 2 requires an additional 25% payment of the final price of the project. The remaining 25% must be paid after the completion of the final phase.
Cell 13 Productions accepts cash, money order, paypal, and most major credit cards

The whole process is done remotely over the internet and phone or face to face meetings. For local customers who do want to meet, we charge a consultation fee and bill the project on an hourly basis or per project.
You can sign up for any package from our website or complete the free quote form which provide us information about your company, products or services. After we have consulted, we then create the initial design concepts and present them to you online where you can review the designs. From there you can then post your feedback and any change requests that you might have.

Turn around times are as follows:
Initial Design Concepts: 3-5 business days
Revision Rounds: 1-2 business days
Printing Time: 4-6 business days after the business card proof is approved
Final Files Preparation: 1 business day after design is finalized
If for any reason you do not want to continue at the initial design stage, please contact us to cancel the project and we will refund your money minus a service fee.
Refund is not applicable in the following cases:
- If you have approved the initial design concepts.
- If revision work has started on one of the initial concepts at your request.
- If the client company closes, or changes its name, or decides to do a different business etc.
- If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the service.
- If you do not communicate with Cell 13 Productions for more than 7 days after the initial design.
- If other design companies were hired to work on the same logo design project.
For all Logo Design Projects we provide you with 2 types of files:
* Vector Files – EPS and AI meant for your printer, future designers
* Web Files – JPG, GIF, PSD, TIF and a transparent PNG file.
For all Web Design Projects we provide you with:
* PSD file of the website design
* Web Files – HTML, CSS and all Images.
For Stationery Design Projects we provide you with:
Printer ready EPS files for your commercial printer. These files can not be opened or edited by you unless you have the right kind of software.
PDF proof files for you to proof read the business card, letterhead and envelope design. Again you can not edit these files unless you have Adobe Acrobat Pro and also we do not provide any support your home/office printer settings.
For selected packages we will create an MS Word template of your letterhead so that you can type your letters on your computer and then print them off on your home/office printers. We do not provide any support for your home/office printer settings.
Absolutely! Please describe to us your vision and we will create that design for you. However, this does affect the price of the package you have selected.
If you have a sketch or a drawing, you can email it to us.
Cell 13 Productions operates from 9AM to 4PM Monday to Friday. If you need to reach us after hours, then please send an E-mail. We are off on Saturday, Sunday and all national holidays.
